Marion Abate
Freelance Artist, Sculptor, Lecturer, Speaker, Teacher
My current artistic work merges traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. By using 3D printing – especially ceramic 3D printing – I connect handmade techniques with innovative tools. This opens new possibilities for form, material properties, and artistic expression.
As a secondary school teacher, university lecturer, PhD student, speaker, and independent artist, I work across many creative fields. Mentoring and inspiring younger generations is close to my heart. I am passionate about integrating modern tools and fresh ideas into education.

As one of the first experts in this field, I offer the course “Introduction to Ceramic 3D Printing” designed for schools, universities and other educational institutions. In this course, I introduce this innovative technique and show how digital precision can be combined with the creative flexibility of clay. Explore more under Workshops.
On my website, I give an overview of my work and areas of expertise. Take a look at my artworks and discover my exhibitions.
I’m always open to collaboration and conversation – whether at exhibitions, lectures, or creative events, I look forward to hearing from you.
